Professor Kessler recently attended the Asian Leadership Conference (ALC), hosted by The Chosun Ilbo, one of Korea’s leading newspapers. During the event, he had the opportunity to connect with acclaimed novelist Mirinae Lee, author of The 8 Lives of a Century-Old Trickster, as well as Oscar-winning filmmaker Gregg Helvey and Ken Woosuk Choi, the leader of the conference and former Washington D.C. correspondent (2005–2009). The conference provided a dynamic space for engaging conversations with Korean and international leaders across fields including law, tourism, politics, AI, economics and entrepreneurship.
