Six students graduated with the Workplace Wellness Microdegree developed by Professor Kessler

The Workplace Wellness Micro degree is the first degree of its kind in East Asia and it was designed to cultivate the next generation of resilient business leaders. We define wellness as “a holistic and multidisciplinary concept that represents a state of maximal resilience, maximal relaxation, and enjoyment”. In the business world, you need to learn to completely relax in order to perform at your best, and students who partake in this MD learn many ways to control these powerful mechanisms for optimal performance in the workplace. The aim of the Workplace Wellness Micro degree is to develop students into extraordinary humans. Specifically, the goals are to teach students how to become resilient to stress, and improve students’ emotional intelligence and ability to perform at a peak level in the business world.
