In an increasingly interconnected world, the classroom is a vibrant tapestry of cultures, perspectives, and experiences. However, it comes with challenges, especially with Gen-Z. As educators, it’s essential to recognize that wellness—encompassing physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being—is perceived and practiced differently across cultures. This workshop is designed to equip you with innovative and culturally sensitive teaching methods that resonate with diverse student populations.Through a blend of interactive activities, real-world examples, and collaborative discussions, we will explore creative strategies for fostering wellness in international students. We’ll examine how to adapt wellness concepts to various cultural contexts, how to engage students in a way that is both inclusive and impactful, and how to overcome common challenges.
