First, it was found that physical wellness and spiritual wellness, which are sub-factors of wellness, had a significantly positive (+) effect on job enthusiasm, and hypothesis 1 was all adopted. Second, it was found that physical wellness and spiritual wellness, which are sub-factors of wellness, had a significantly positive (+) effect on organizational commitment, and both hypotheses 2 were adopted. Third, hypothesis 3 was adopted as job enthusiasm was found to have a significantly positive (+) effect on organizational commitment.
