Dongseo University's Professor Kessler Presents on Sustainable Wellness Food at Bexco Conference

Professor Kessler of the Workplace Wellness Research Lab spoke at the Food Refurb Conference.  His speech titled ‘Food Upcycling and Wellness Superfoods: An ancestral solution to a modern problem’  In his speech he talked about Nutrition Density, Wellness Food, Food Upcycling and the CynefinFramework to solve complex problems.  After his speech finished, they had a panel discussion with experts hosted by Professor Hyungmin Choi, and panelist Professor Souji Pillai from the University of Alabama, Yoo Dong-yoon of Youngsan University, Professor Mary O’Neil, and Graduate student Roofia Farheen from Dongseo University.
